Permit Payment

Credit card (Visa or MasterCard) online only, cash, personal check, or payroll deduction (faculty/staff only) are accepted.

Payroll Deduction

Complete a Parking Payroll Deduction Authorization online via the 外网天堂 Parking Services . Faculty and staff currently on payroll deduction are only required to update their vehicle registration as needed and all changes can be made on the Parking Services website. Payroll deduction will continue until the employee elects to have it terminated.

Students

All 外网天堂 students must purchase their parking permit though the Parking Services each year they are parking on the 外网天堂 campus. You will be issued a new parking permit each year once you have completed your payment.  If you need to pay with cash, please go to the Finance & Administration Suite 2100 on the second floor of the Public Health building.
