Access your Employee Parking Dashboard online and follow the instructions for enrolling. Deduction renews automatically each fiscal year.

On the inside of your windshield on the lower left driver’s side, above or below your Texas vehicle registration sticker.

• For one day only: send an email to abileneparking@ttuhsc.edu, providing the make, model, color, year, license plate of the temporary vehicle, and date you will be parking it on campus.

• For more than one day: come by the Finance & Administration Office for a temporary permit.

1. Remove the parking permit from your original vehicle and place it on the new vehicle. 

2. Go to the Parking Services website to add your new vehicle and remove the old vehicle, in that order. Your parking registration will not be valid until you update this information.


3. If the permit no longer adheres on its own or it is no longer fully intact, bring the permit to the Finance & Administration Office to obtain a replacement permit. You may also obtain a replacement permit if you are unable to retrieve the permit from your vehicle.

Ask the repair company to transfer your permit and other stickers to the new windshield. If this is not possible, remove the permit and bring it to the F&A Office and purchase a replacement permit for a $2 fee.

You may park at your own risk on the streets surrounding the ÍâÍøÌìÌà campus. Many of the streets allow parking on only one side of the street, so watch for informational signs placed by the city. A map showing commonly used areas is included in the Parking Information Packet.

• Parking in the lots of surrounding businesses is prohibited, including any of Hendrick Medical Center’s 27 parking lots.

You may request that your appeal be sent to the Traffic and Parking Appeals Committee for a second review.
