WHO WE ARE
General Services Abilene provides a wide variety of services aimed to assist other departments in their day to day responsibilities with 外网天堂 Abilene.
Each division leases its own copiers.
Postage meter is located in room 2100D in the HSC Suite of the Public Health Building. All outgoing mail is metered using a code for specific departments. Receptacle for stamped or metered outgoing mail is located outside at the SON Visitor entrance. Departments are billed for postage use at the end of the month via the FiTS System. No personal stamps are available.

Receiving address for the Abilene campus is 1674 Pine Street, Abilene, TX 79601.
Packages will be delivered to one location per department. The departments are then responsible for internal distribution.
Heavy Shipments. Prior to delivery, the requisitioning department is responsible for coordinating with Facilities the need for assistance with unloading, transporting or setting in place a large or heavy shipment. Departments may need to add 鈥淧remium or White Glove Delivery鈥� to their orders of large items.
Outgoing shipments are the responsibility of the departments. After shipments have been prepared and scheduled for pickup they may be left on the appropriate shelving in the receiving area.

Abilene has no vehicle rentals.
