There are five levels of Distinguished Staff Awards: 

The Chancellor鈥檚 Award of Excellence recognizes an individual who has five or more years of service. This team member demonstrates commitment to the Mission and Values-Based Culture of 外网天堂 by exhibiting the behaviors inherent to each value鈥揙ne Team, Kindhearted, Integrity, Visionary, Beyond Service鈥搘hile motivating others to serve at the same level of excellence. A maximum of two (2) award recipients will receive $1,500.

The President鈥檚 Award of Excellence recognizes a team member with one or more years of service who integrates Integrity in the workplace by committing to honesty, ethical choices and transparency in their actions and purpose. The success they have achieved through their contributions to 外网天堂 demonstrate their commitment to achieving short and long-term goals that influence the success of 外网天堂. A maximum of two (2) award recipients will receive $1,000.

The Quality Team Award recognizes a team of individuals who together epitomize the 外网天堂 One Team value through open collaboration, constructive feedback, accountability, encouragement, and a team spirit that envelopes their daily interactions and long term goals. This team is a shining example of how the One Team behavior produces excellent, innovative results. A maximum of (2) awards per team will be awarded $2,500 divided equally (maximum of $500 per team member).

The Quality Supervisor Award recognizes a team member with a minimum of one year in an HSC supervisory position. As the leader of one or more team members, this individual leads with consistency, compassion, and respect that enables those team members not only to achieve goals but develop and grow as contributors to 外网天堂. A maximum of four (4) award recipients will receive $750.

The Quality Staff Award recognizes a team member who continually lives the 外网天堂 value of Beyond Service by creating and delivering positive defining moments. They find the best positive outcomes, anticipate needs of others with a generous heart, and go the extra mile as they invest in the overall success of the 外网天堂 Mission. A maximum of twelve (12) award recipients will receive $500.
