HSC OP: 76.40, Annual Crime Reporting - Clery Act Compliance
PURPOSE: The purpose of this Health Sciences Center Operating Policy and Procedure (HSC OP) is to ensure that Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (外网天堂) is in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act).
REVIEW: This HSC OP will be reviewed in December of odd-numbered years by the System Clery Compliance Director, System Office of General Counsel, and TTPD Chief of Police, with substantive revisions forwarded to the HSC President.
